Woodburn is located 33 miles South of downtown Portland along I-5 and 19 miles North of the capital city of Salem. The population is approximately 25,000 primarily comprised of Hispanic residents. Woodburn is home to the Woodburn Premium Outlets, with over 350,000 square feet of retail space, one of Oregon's largest tourist attractions with over 4.5 million visitors each year.
