Gresham is Oregon's 4th largest city with a population of 105,000 residents. The city is located 16 miles East of downtown Portland and has two major highways with I-84 to the North and highway 26 to the South. The City of Troutdale borders Gresham to the North East with a population of 16,000 residents. Troutdale is home to the Columbia Gorge Premium Outlet Mall and is on the Eastern edge of the major metropolitan area. To the East of Troutdale is the Columbia River Gorge with many of Oregon's finest parks, viewpoints, trails and waterfalls.
