Clackamas is an unincorporated city located 24 minutes South East of downtown Portland with a population of approximately 7,000 residents. The City of Clackamas is located along Interstate 205 with Highway 213 and Highway 224 both intersecting and is best know for it's regional mall Clackamas Town Center at the center of the City. Happy Valley borders Clackamas to the North East on the South end of Mount Scott and is one of Oregon's fastest growing communities with approximately 14,000 residents. This area has seen a lot of new retail development along Sunnyside Road.
