The City of Tigard is a Portland suburb located 10 miles Southwest of downtown Portland. Highway 217 and Highway 99W both intersect the city bringing high traffic counts through the cities primary commercial zones. Tigard is home to Washington Square Mall, one of the largest regional malls in Oregon. The current population is approximately 50,500 residents. King City is a small community at the South slope of Bull Mountain on the West side of Hwy 99W. The city was originally centered around the King City Golf Course and has since grown with vibrant new neighborhoods and residents of all ages. There is one primary grocery anchored shopping center that faces Hwy 99W with great parking and visibility. The current population is 3,225 residents.
