Chehalis is a small community just South of Centralia, home of the Centralia Outlets. This city is located 30 miles South of the capital city of Olympia and 40 miles North of Longview. Although the city only has 7,300 residents it is home to a large retail power center that draws customers from the coastal towns on the West and the mountain towns to the East covering a large geographical area. Existing retailers perform at the top of their region and include tenants such as Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreens, Grocery Outlet, Michael's, PetSense, Starbucks and Applebees.
